Pets are permitted only with prior arrangement. A security deposit of RUB 5,000 is required, including a non‑refundable portion of RUB 1,500.

The hotel's fitness centre is located on the 9th floor and is equipped with modern cardio and strength training equipment. The gym features machines for full-body workouts, as well as additional equipment for functional training and gentle fitness: dumbbells, exercise balls, kettlebells, mats and foam rollers.

For hotel guests, access to the fitness centre is included in the room rate.

For non‑resident guests, memberships are available:

• 3 months — RUB 15,000
• 6 months — RUB 25,000
• 12 months — RUB 45,000

Membership includes unlimited access to the fitness centre and spa zone (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna), a locker, towels and a shower kit per visit.

The journey to the airport takes approximately 40 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

Response: A deposit may be paid to cover additional services during your stay. You may choose one of two options: a cash deposit (from RUB 5,000 to RUB 40,000 depending on room category), or providing your bank card details as a guarantee. Your security is important to us: the hotel does not store card details and will not charge your card without your consent.
